What are the payment terms?

Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed at checkout. We take all major credit and debit cards, and we can issue an invoice on request for corporate or school bookings. Either way, payment needs to be finalised before the event date.Read more..

What if I need to cancel?

Plans change — we get it. Cancel your Valley party at least 14 days out and we'll refund 95% of what you've paid. Inside the 14-day window, the refund is 75%. Either way, just drop us a message and we'll handle the rest.Read more..
