How it Happens

Two lovely entertainers show up to rodeo for 90 minutes and 12 little guests can join in on the party shenanigans — if you’ve got more than that, booking 30 minutes extra for every 6 additional kids is a good idea. Ten minutes before the party kicks off, our entertainers arrive to say hello to the host and the birthday kid and get everything set up before the little crew rolls in.

We don't waste any time kicking things into high gear with simultaneous balloon art and face-painting, followed by 30 minutes of party games: tug of war, pass the parcel, musical bumps, musical statues, egg & spoon, limbo and some fabulous sack races. 12 kids can receive their face-paints, balloons and take over the world with games, but every 6 additional children will need an extra 30 minutes booked for them.

We recommend the Complete Party for children 5 years and up as the party games can be difficult for smaller Children to understand.

What to Expect

Everything you need to throw about our Complete Party. Here’s exactly how it works from booking to the final game of Musical Statues.

  1. Book the Package Online

    Select the Complete party in the booking form, choose your date and time, pick your payment type (invoice or card). We will check the details and send you a booking confirmation.

  2. We Arrive 10 Minutes Early

    Your entertainers arrives ahead of schedule to set up the music and equipment, say hello to the birthday child, and run through the entertainment plan with you.

  3. Let the Party Begin

    We generally start with 45 minutes of balloon art and face-painting simultaneously followed by our active kids party games run by both of the entertainers.

  4. We Pack Up and Go

    We pack up, clean up and leave the venue exactly as we found it. No mess, no fuss. Just a party full of happy kids and relaxed parents.

Games Program: Our Complete party includes all the classic kids’ games — musical statues, limbo, pass-the-parcel, parachute games, red light/green light, tug of war, sack races, egg and spoon relay and tail tag. On the day, your Bazinga Parties entertainers will pick the right mix based on the age group and the space available.
