How far in advance should I book entertainment for my Long Beach party?
We'd recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks out — that's the window most Long Beach parents hit, and it gives you the best shot at your preferred entertainer and time slot. Being coastal, Long Beach has some of the most party-friendly weather in LA, so outdoor birthdays happen year-round here. That said, spring and fall weekends are still the busiest, especially around Belmont Shore when everyone has the same idea. For those prime weekends, 4 to 5 weeks ahead is the safe bet. Short on time? Don't sweat it. Text or call us and we'll see what we can pull together.
Where can I host a kids party in Long Beach?
Home is where most Long Beach parties happen — front yards, backyards, patios — and our entertainers come ready with everything in tow. If you want to take it outside, El Dorado Park is a top pick with reservable picnic areas and tons of space for kids to run around. The Belmont Shore neighbourhood also has some great park setups near the coast that make for a fun birthday backdrop. For those occasional hot days or if you just prefer being inside, apartment clubhouses and community rooms work perfectly. We bring everything in a couple of bags, so as long as there's room for the kids, we're all set.
