For spring and summer weekends, we'd recommend booking about 3 to 4 weeks ahead — South Bay families love outdoor parties year-round, and those warm-weather Saturday slots fill up fastest in Redondo Beach. Even the milder fall and winter months stay busy thanks to that reliable coastal weather, so there's really no slow season around here.
